Technoplat PW by Robopac wrapping for sustainable packaging
With the turntable machine paper wrapping, Aetna Group reaffirms its mission: to deliver cutting-edge technologies that combine sustainability, protection, and safety—for the benefit of customers and the community.
Aetna Group continues to strengthen its commitment to sustainability and product protection with Robopac end-of-line packaging solutions that combine efficiency, safety, and environmental responsibility. One of the answers to a market increasingly focused on green issues is Technoplat PW, the turntable wrapper using paper that ensures maximum product protection: an advanced system that shields goods from sunlight and potential damage during storage and transport, guaranteeing quality and integrity all the way to final delivery. Another key strength lies in pallet stabilization (Technoplat handles up to 35 pallets/h), certified according to EUMOS regulations, ensuring safety and reliability throughout every stage of transportation. Special attention is also given to operator safety: thanks to an innovative multi-sensor mat, the wrapping cycle automatically stops if human presence is detected, preventing risks and accidents in the workplace.
Technoplat PW is also equipped with R-Connect, a turnkey system for end-users: its main advantage is complete peace of mind regarding machine operation, including performance monitoring, production optimization, and total control over operating costs. The system minimizes downtime and optimizes maintenance management, while also providing immediate troubleshooting procedures, up to full remote updates of the machine’s management software.
Technoplat PW also operates with Cube Technology, Robopac’s patented system that optimizes the packaging solution according to the load by strategically positioning the paper. This guarantees both safer logistics (even for delicate products) and reduced material consumption for pallet wrapping.
