Ultra-thin mono PP barrier sheet

Among the latest solutions developed, we would like to highlight the ultra-thin sheets for thermoforming with barrier effect, made of 100% recyclable mono PP and suitable for food packaging, an area in which ETIMEX boasts expertise that has been proven over the years.

The company’s innovation is therefore the significant reduction in thickness: thanks to an optimized production process, ETIMEX is able to produce thermoforming sheets starting from a thickness of only 300 μm (while the thickness of normal sheets is 400 μm or more).

I produttori food, in particolare nel comparto cibi freschi e piatti pronti (gnocchi, pasta, salsicce…), possono dunque ricavare un duplice vantaggio da questa nuova soluzione, sia in termini di sostenibilità che di efficienza economica.
