Universal Pack has been a world leader for almost 60 years in the design of single-dose packaging machines and automatic lines for the food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic and chemical industries, for the single-dose packaging of products such as powders, granules, liquids, tablets and much else besides.

Over 80% of machine components are produced internally, allowing for complete traceability. To ensure the pharmaceutical sector high quality control standards, sophisticated vision systems are installed on the automatic lines, used to monitor variable data, directly check the weight of every sachet produced on the line, with relative automatic rejection of non-compliant ones, and verify the correctness of the pharmacodes.

Serialisation and aggregation processes, moreover, are essential for allowing for the seamless tracking and identification of the entire production chain. Universal Pack designs its machines in compliance with the GMP requirements for pharmaceutical packaging in order to reduce risks and guarantee maximum operating safety, hygiene and quality.
