Versatile FFS for producing monodose packs

Designed and built by Valmatic (MO), V75 is a latest generation of FFS machines for the production of single-layer or multi-layer plastic monodose packs used to package pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, veterinary and chemical products.

Extremely versatile thanks to the 75 mm mold width, it produces monodoses and vials with a capacity ranging between 0.25 ml and 150 ml, the latter used for example in the agrochemical sector.
The machine is equipped with a single reel unwinding system, for the production of monodose stand-up base with flat or double base, for standard dosage packs or those with peelable opening, with and without aluminium.
In the basic version, V75 is equipped with a leaking check on every package produced, and an interchangeable cutting system enables an easy format change from single-dose strip to shaped containers.
Lastly, the V75 can be combinded with the Thermoprinter Valmatic V100 monochrome printer, to be placed before the unwinder unit: thanks to this combination, the user can avoid resorting to external printing services, enabling obvious economic savings.
