Zetapunto is a company based in Milan that deals with industrial robotics, with the aim to make it accessible to Italian cosmetic companies.
By proposing flexible, ready-to-use and easy-to-program solutions, it offers an alternative to delocalization choices and it allows to automate those operations that still require a lot of manpower to be carried out.

Among the various solutions designed for cosmetic companies, Zetapunto is investing to develop a robotic station able to mechanize the assembly of cosmetic trousse.
The solution, which integrates a Delta robot, is able to insert automatically the powder into the trousse and is equipped with different tools that allow to mechanize other activities such as cleaning and gluing of the palette.

In addition, the single robot can assemble a palette of up to two colors and, if installed in line with other stations, it allows the assembly of a cosmetic trousse characterized by multiple colors and different shapes.

This automation is therefore able to mechanize the assembly of cosmetic trousse process, allowing greater productivity and higher quality of the final product.
