Antares Vision acquires Croatian software company Tradeticity
Antares Vision has acquired an 82.83% stake in Tradeticity, a young Croatian company specialising in the management of software for advanced track and trace processes.
Founded in Zagreb just three years ago, Tradeticity has already achieved strong growth and established international market shares in the pharmaceutical sector.
The deal was finalised for a value of €1.610 million but includes a call right to acquire the remaining 17.17% upon approval of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021. At the closing of the operation Antares will control 100% of Tradeticity Service, the subsidiary responsible for development, customisation, implementation, support and maintenance of Tradeticity’s software solutions.
In 2019 Tradeticity and Tradeticity Service posted consolidated revenues of over €1 million and an EBIT of €320,000 and employed a team of 20 people, mainly technical developers and specialist software programmers.
The acquisition will enable Antares to extend its geographical presence in Eastern Europe, increase its market penetration thanks to the company’s established customer base and strong commercial presence, and accelerate the development and implementation of track and trace solutions.
