Tellure Rôta joins the Elesa Group
The brands, sales networks and production facilities of the two companies will remain independent
Elesa S.p.A., a leading Italian company in the design and production of standard components for the mechanical and automation industry, has acquired a 60 per cent majority stake in Tellure Rôta S.p.A., an Italian company specialized in the design and production of wheels and castors for industrial applications.
For Elesa, acquiring a controlling stake in Tellure Rôta means bringing into the Group a partner with a strong reputation which is a long-established brand in the industrial castors and wheels market.
For Tellure Rôta, the integration of more advanced skills and technical capabilities will result in enhanced commercial, logistical and organisational strength.
Tellure Rôta's new board of directors will be chaired by Elesa CEO Carlo Bertani. It will include two Elesa managers, Fabio Invernizzi and Alex Pollini, as Managing Directors, along with Elena and Emanuela Lancellotti as Board Members. Giorgio Mercalli will continue as General Manager of Tellure Rôta, ensuring operational management continuity and stability.
