Premium boxboard for luxury products

Turkish packaging specialist PrintPark has chosen the unique characteristics of Atelier, Sappi’s newly developed folding boxboard 1, to communicate the brand values of premium products from Istanbul-based cosmetics company Flormar.

Atelier was used to create the elegant folding box for the women’s fragrance Paradise, which promises an exclusive product experience in terms of look and feel. The digital varnish contrasts perfectly with the delicate pastel shades of the packaging, which conveys a sense of luxury thanks to its smooth surface and silky feel. The virgin fibre FBB1 Atelier meets all the specified standards in terms of brightness and is suitable for the most demanding printing and finishing techniques.

PrintPark also proposed Atelier to the Turkish chocolate manufacturer Benuta for its premium chocolate packaging. Combining functionality with an understated yet stylish appeal, the rich burgundy hues, golden foil finish and silky feel create the sensation of a high-end luxury item.

Atelier folding boxboard 1 is available in sheets and reels with a range of grammages between 220 to 350 g/m². It is suitable for direct contact with food products and available with FSC/PEFC certification. Atelier is geared towards premium packaging applications in multiple market sectors, such as cosmetics and perfumes, OTC and pharma, chocolate and confectionery, food packaging, electronics, graphic applications and many more.
