At Cosmopack, the company therefore offers Qbo - Universal Processing System, an extremely versatile, innovative and high-tech working system, capable of carrying out any type of preparation in a very short time and in a single working process.

In practice, it is an all-in-one system for the preparation of all basic pastes of lipsticks, mascara, creams and foundation.

Thanks to the vacuum emulsion process, the product is much more stable over time, with an additional advantage: the possibility of placing all the ingredients in the tank, reducing the different processing phases to a single and rapid cycle.

The Qbo is equipped with PLC, PC and software developed ad hoc, which allow the constant control of the process in all its phases, ensuring the maintenance of high and constant quality standards.

On show at Cosmopack Qbo 4 series, equipped with integrated Wi-Fi Ready, a voice system that communicates each phase of the process for greater control and CIP for fully automated and integrated washing.

The Qbo range has been designed to meet every production need, with models from 8 to 860 litres.
