PLAST, the year’s leading European trade fair for the plastics and rubber sector, scheduled to take place from 9 to 12 June at Fiera Milano, is further consolidating its successful position, with more than 160 new exhibitors confirmed so far over the previous edition, 30% of them international companies.

This achievement is particularly significant against the backdrop of a highly complex market environment, in which strategic sectors such as automotive are undergoing a phase of transformation and adaptation to current global dynamics.
The ability to attract new exhibitors under these circumstances confirms PLAST’s strength and international appeal, while also highlighting the growing confidence the industry places in an event that continues to establish itself as a key platform for showcasing innovations and developing business partnerships.

PLAST’s organisers aim to significantly expand international visitor attendance, with representatives from Italy’s main exports markets expected to take part through buyer delegations arranged in cooperation with the Italian Trade Agency (ICE). This effort is further supported by strategic agreements with leading trade associations, both within the sector and in its target markets.
