CT Pack: integrated and innovative technologies for automation

Key topics at the 2026 edition include sustainability, digitalization, energy efficiency, and production flexibility. In this competitive context, where visitors coming from more than 60 countries meet together, CT Pack presents its ecosystem of integrated solutions for complete packaging lines, reinforcing the company’s position as a global technology partner.

Expertise across the entire line
For over seventy years, CT Pack has designed and built “turnkey” packaging systems covering the entire production flow: from naked products to primary, secondary and tertiary packaging, up to automated palletizing. Experience in bakery, ice cream, chocolate, frozen food, and other food and non-food applications allows the company to handle complex projects with a systemic approach.
Our advanced expertise in precision mechanical design, high-speed robotics, vision systems, and digital control comes together to deliver solutions that ensure operational continuity, high-quality packaging standards, and cost optimization throughout the entire lifecycle of the system. A distinguishing feature is the ability to integrate different technologies within a single line architecture, ensuring process consistency, flow synchronization, and maximum production efficiency. Customized engineering responds to specific requirements in terms of layout, formats, performance, and hygiene standards.

A space for integrated lines
CT Pack welcomes visitors at Hall 14, C69, with an exhibition space designed not as a simple demo area, but as a concrete representation of the integrated line concept.
The stand showcases moving systems, live demonstrations, and applications with real products, allowing professionals to observe the performance of the solutions firsthand. The goal is to show the smooth interaction between technologies and their ability to operate in synergy, replicating real production dynamics.
Three key technologies are presented that embody CT Pack’s approach to packaging automation: the MCS, for product feeding and counting, the M01 horizontal flow wrapping machine for primary packaging, and the robotic solutions dedicated to secondary and end-of-line packaging. Three machines designed to work in synergy across the entire production line.

Technologies in motion: the MCS system magnetic levitation
Among the key innovations is the MCS – Magnetic Carrier System, a counting and loading system based on magnetic levitation technology, developed for handling minibites. The absence of mechanical wear parts reduces maintenance and downtime, ensuring a continuous and stable flow. Independent carrier control allows high positioning accuracy, optimal synchronization with subsequent line stages, and fast format changes. Magnetic technology also enables gentle product handling, crucial when appearance and quality are critical. During the event, the MCS is showcased in live sessions with real products, giving visitors the chance to see the system in operation and evaluate its performance directly.

Primary packaging: innovation that drives production
For primary packaging, the M01 horizontal single-lane flow wrapping machine is showcased, equipped with a smart feeder and Delta CT FLEX robots for synchronized loading. The integration of intelligent feeding and high-speed robotics allows managing complex flows while maintaining trajectory precision and product protection.
The smart feeder is an advanced system using magnetic carriers to replace the conventional belt feeder, allowing independent product control along the feeding path, improving positioning accuracy, flow stability, and fast format changes. Integration with Delta CT FLEX robots enables handling multiple product configurations, both flat in portion packs and on edge for slug formation, increasing the machine’s application flexibility.

Secondary and end-of-line packaging
In this case, CT Pack offers robotic Top Load Boxing Systems, where products are picked from accumulation belts and placed into preformed boxes using dedicated grippers. The solution ensures speed, repeatability, and adaptability to different formats, meeting highvariability production needs.
The offering is completed with product feeding and orientation systems, high-speed packaging solutions, modular cartoning systems, Delta CT FLEX robots for pick-and-place operations, and integrated lines for box forming, filling, and palletizing. The aim is to deliver complete plants, technologically coherent and optimized in layout, energy consumption, and flow management.

Integrated automation as a strategic lever
In an industrial context increasingly focused on product customization, production flexibility becomes essential. CT Pack’s integrated automation addresses these needs with scalable, configurable solutions ready for future evolution.
Participation at Interpack is not only a technology showcase but also a strategic market dialogue. Combining engineering expertise, continuous innovation, and group strength, CT Pack reaffirms its mission: supporting customers in developing high-performance, reliable, and future-ready packaging lines.
Meeting CT Pack in Düsseldorf - Hall 14, Booth C69 – enable visitors to discover how its automation solutions can transform the production, combining speed, precision, and flexibility.
