From a family-run business (back in July 1971, when seven people started SIT in San Marino) to the Group of today, which employs over 700 people.

50 years in the world of flexible packaging in July, therefore, and lived to the full, with the satisfaction of having always done one’s part, putting passion, knowledge, skill and love for work into play.

And it is with the awareness of those who are living an exciting and beautiful adventure that, in SIT, many have grown professionally and humanly: different generations compared who have teamed up to build a serious, virtuous and ambitious path, without betraying the values of the origins.

The protagonist of this story is flexible packaging, seen not only as a guarantee of protection, quality and excellence, but also as a testimonial of scrupulous industrial and managerial ethics: correctness of processes and products, honesty and transparency in relations between customers and suppliers, loyalty to duties towards the environment and society.

And it is still with this spirit that SIT Group plans for the future together with all its people (its real strength), and to continue to be the ideal partner for its customers. Over the years, the company has never stopped growing, acquiring skills and investing in technology and organization until it reached its current structure, which includes four production plants specialized by technology - rotogravure, flexo, Full Led HD, digital -, the headquarters in the historical site of San Marino and an innovation center completely dedicated to research and development of innovative and customized packaging solutions.
