Labeling pharmaceutical products

Specifically designed for the pharmaceutical market, ALTECH’s ALpharma labeling machines have very advanced characteristics, so as to respect the rigid constraints and requirements required by the sector.

A typical pharmaceutical application is wrap-around on bottles, for which ALTECH makes available the ALpharma C system, which can be equipped with 2 rotating tables (loading and storage), a double roller spacer, an ALritma model labeler head equipped with a TT marker and a wrapping device, to perform wraparound labeling. The system is completed by a safety cabinet and a color touch screen panel, by which you can control all the devices, the various formats and receive remote assistance.
In addition to the aforementioned C model, the ALpharma range includes ALpharma A for labeling ampoules and vials, ALpharma B for labeling cartons (barcode, corner seal) and ALpharma CH for labeling standard and very small tubes.
