Spring 2021 saw Omas Tecnosistemi - a leading manufacturer of filling and capping machines for the pharmaceutical industry - engaged in the delivery of numerous monoblocks for hand sanitizing gel and Sars-Cov2 Test reagent. 

In particular, the monoblock for Sars-Cov2 reagent is proposed both in the Basic solution (up to 50 bpm) and in the Fully solution (up to 100 bpm), with orientation systems for test tubes and caps; entirely manufactured in house, the latter represent a novelty in the Omas portfolio, which enriches the quality of the offer. 

The wide range of Omas Tecnosistemi solutions for the pharmaceutical sector meets the needs of both small and large companies, with continuous lines capable of achieving high productivity. The portfolio ranges from semi-automatic dispensers for liquids, creams and powders, to automatic machines and complete turnkey plants, including turboemulsifiers, melters and dissolvers, mixers, sterile air bottle cleaning machines, filling and capping machines (for bottles, vials, sprays, droppers, syrups, ophthalmological solutions, non-injectable syringes, polypropylene, laminated and aluminium tubes), labelling machines, bottle and cap orienting systems, rotary tables and trays.
