FLEXICAP: simplifies capsule assembly

In its first times as exhibitor at HOST Milan, Omas Tecnosistemi registered the keen interest of operators in its FLEXICAP BR250, which had its absolute preview at the fair. 

An innovative capsule assembly machine for liquids, solubles or coffee, the machine is available in different models - from a minimum of 2 rows up to 120 capsules, to a maximum of 8 rows up to 450 caps/min - depending on the format and the product to be dosed. 

In addition to the dynamism and the guarantee of excellent performance, the modularity of the entire system simplifies and speeds up the size and/or product changeover operations. 

A fundamental characteristic of the machine - underlined by the name - is  its extreme flexibility, which affects both the feeding of the capsules (which can be carried out through a bulk feeder or with a vertical warehouse for stacked capsules) and the loading/unloading with a pick & place system. 

The internal cleaning system of the capsule before dosing and of the capsule edge after dosing respectively guarantees compliance with food standards and perfect sealing. 

Maintenance and cleaning of the dosing and sealing stations is also easy to manage. 

The machine is equipped with controls for the correct execution of all operations.
