Inci-Flex strengthens the management of its gravure and flexo departments

More flexo, more gravure and an “alla” Kaizen organization support the activity of Inci-Flex (Fisciano, SA) and its ability to serve its customers.

The company team, which specializes in prepress solutions for flexible packaging, has recently been strengthened both at operational levels, with the presence of new expert graphic designers and specialized operators, and at organizational management levels.
With a solid experience in this role, Loreto Simoncelli has taken over the command of the Flexo Department. Concentration and focus in the execution of ones work are indispensable features for Simoncelli: Something which he demands from his team and something he implements personally, as both approach and example.

Fabrizio Gasparro greeted the challenge with enthusiasm and professionalism optimize and double the production of the Gravure Department. Even though young, he has a considerable curriculum with over 20 years of activity in the industry. Brilliant and frank, he accepted the challenge of moving from Milan (Inci-Flex also has a branch in Bollate, MI) and a role of responsibility, motivated by the faith expressed by a leading company, finding in this the motivation to share each «grain of experience, so that great achievements can be attained together... always giving the customer the maximum of our aptitude and quality».
The two operational directors were officially presented at the company last September. The team led by AD, Vincenzo Consalvo, can therefore count on a stronger management, with which to carry out the projects of growth and expansion, even beyond Italy’s borders (as shown by the preparation underway of a new Inci-Flex production site in Algeria, Ed.).
