Single-dose with built-in applicator

The Lameplast single-dose becomes even smarter: not only does it  combine practicality, security and the right amount of product, but it also acquires an especially designed applicator and comes in different variants (simple and smooth, with brush, sponge or with irregular and massaging surface...) to thus to favour the correct application of a liquid, gel or cream.

To guarantee quality, the single-dose is made in one step and the applicator is immediately inserted into the container, thus eliminating the risk of loss of product and keeping it sterile until opening. The single-dose with applicator has a cap with a high fin, that  can accommodate a label with the product information as required by law.

A Data Matrix or QR Code can in fact be inserted, in accordance with European and American anti-counterfeiting (EU FMD and US DSCSA) standards, which will shortly come into force. Single or in strips, the Lameplast single dose can be used in the medical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, veterinary and cosmetic fields and, thanks to the knowhow of the Modena based company, can be produced with various plastic materials guaranteeing high chemical resistance, or with bio-based materials.
