Valmatic FFS: technology made in Italy
A single machine model to produce both single-dose containers in recycled plastic film and paper containers from 1 to 100 ml.
Valmatic designs and manufactures thermoforming-filling lines for the production of single-dose containers and vials, taking care internally of all the phases of the production cycle: from the design of the machines sold all over the world to the realization of the molds, from the production of pilot molds to the Factory Acceptance Test and Installation (also available online).
With a constant striving for innovation and attention to detail, Valmatic's FFS machines have flexibility as their strong point: in fact, they allow very fast format changes, thus guaranteeing high hourly productivity.
All models can connect directly with the technical office to receive online assistance H24 and have video tutorials integrated in a dedicated section of the operator panel.
From its experience in the production of mono doses for third parties, Valmatic has developed a series of FFS models that meet all market needs: from the Mi.Ri line, ideal for laboratories or companies that require a limited but reliable productivity, up to the FFS Model VT240 with a mold pitch of 240 mm and a very high hourly output, to offer every sector the ideal solution to optimize productivity.
V 75: versatile and latest generation
The V 75 thermoforming-filling line allows to produce single-dose containers in recycled plastic material or paper for the chemical, parapharmaceutical, veterinary, cosmetic and food sectors.
The capacity of single-dose containers and vials varies from 0.25 ml to 200 ml. The 75 mm pitch of the mold allows the production of formats with reduced capacity (1 ml) as well as single-dose formats of 50 or 100 ml, used for example in agriculture or as a refill of soap or shampoo.

Think green with PAPERDOSE®
Applying the FFS technology, Valmatic has recently launched a new system that allows the production of innovative paper single-dose containers called PAPERDOSE® with capacities from 1ml to 50ml.
The result of the research and the innovative spirit of the Modenese company, it is based on the use of Aticelca and FSC certified paper and expresses a new concept of single-dose; through the use of recyclable material, it combines the respect for the ecosystem with the needs of sustainability and "green" communication expressed at many levels by customers in all sectors, from cosmetics to food, from chemical to parapharmaceutical and veterinary. Paperdose is the first 3D single-dose product made of paper, easy to open thanks to its shape and the material used, and can be separated directly in the paper.
