Constellation Brands acquires Kentucky-based distillery Copper & Kings

Constellation Brands, a leading multinational beverage alcohol company, has acquired Copper & Kings American Brandy Company based in Louisville, Kentucky, a state-of-the-art craft distillery that has been producing American brandy, absinthe, gin and highly differentiated spirits since 2014.

The move aligns with the multinational’s strategic plan to broaden its portfolio of premium products through the acquisition of strong and distinctive brands.
