P.E. Labellers celebrates 45 years of uninterrupted growth

P.E. Labellers is celebrating the major milestone of 45 years of business, a period of uninterrupted growth driven by continuous investments in research and development, human resources, production technology and infrastructure.

Founded in 1974 by Bruno Negri and Mario Ballarotti, the Mantua-based company has earned a strong international reputation for its efficiency and expertise and has established itself amongst the leading producers of labelling machines for a range of industrial sectors including food & beverage, personal care and cosmetics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and pet food.

A member of American packaging solutions group ProMach Inc. since 2017, P.E. Labellers operates in Italy with 450 employees and 8 production plants located in the province of Mantua, each devoted to a specific business.

Amongst its latest projects, a few months ago the group opened its new headquarters in Porto Mantovano consisting of 4,000 sq.m of new office space on three floors, followed in December 2018 by the start of work on construction of the new 15,000 sq.m production plant, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.

Ever mindful of the needs of the market and of customers, the company has also set up the P.E. Academy, the first training centre devoted exclusively to labelling machines.
