OMAS TECNOSISTEMI has always been well-known for the designing and construction of filling and capping machinery, blowers bottles, mixers, fusers, turbo-emulsifiers, cooling tunnels, labelling machines, rotating tables, complete solutions for the filling and packaging of cosmetic products, make-up, beauty-care.

Beyond the GCR-500 Monobloc (for filling and capping with godet transport system) and GMT-R70 (tube-filling machine for plastic tubes with production up to 70bpm), CX-500 of 500l will be introduced. It is a vacuum-sealed turbo-emulsifier, available from a selection which includes MINIMIX from 2l to 10l, TURBOMIX from 25l to 1000l, TUROMIX PLUS from 1500l, 2000l, 3000l, 5000l.

TURBOMIX is suitable for the complete preparation process of dense and cream products, mixed uniformly with homogenization and dispersion of fats and active ingredients, in the mass of the batch in production.

All of OMAS solutions can be purchased with tanks with customized capacity and optional accessories. The tanks are internally mirror-polished, as an option, it is possible also externally.

All the material in contact with the product are in Inox steel Aisi316L or FDA approved material. The design is researched for an easy product unloading and tank cleaning. System of cap lifting and overturning oleo dynamic tank, handled by an operator panel.

Scraping cabinet in Teflon operating only in presence of the product, easily disassembled in order to ease the cleaning and maintenance operations. The machine is equipped with PLC and control touch-screen panel, for the control and memorization of all the process parameters.
