Creating and making digitally
Tech:Art, or rather Technology and Art: these are the “tools” which the Piedmontese converter (based in Trovatello, TO) makes available to its customers.
With them and for them, the concern designs and executes graphic and packaging jobs, taking care of every stage through to production: design, digital printing, packaging finish and POP material.
Tech:Art’s creativity isn’t just expressed in the visual impact of the product, but also in a capacity for making the most of a technology’s potential in terms of functionality (digital tech first and foremost). Important in this regard, is the concern’s cutting-edge machine pool: systems by leading brands guarantee high standards in printing, slitting and milling, die-cutting, special effects and applications (including foil, varnish and relief), as well as book-binding.
Emblematic examples include the brand new HP Scitex FB 11000, used for printing posters, plastic materials, rigid supports for converting and corrugated cardboard; the digital cutting and milling plotter Kongsberg C64 for thin, honeycomb and rigid materials; the Petratto PDF74 die-cutter (slitting, creasing, perforation and punching, dry relief and hot foil); the HP Indigo 10000 with 75 cm format for packaging, boxes, small displays, trays and stapled booklets, with a wide range of materials and weights; the HP Indigo 7800 with One Shot Color printing, used for special effects; and the HP Indigo 7600 for small format sheets…
Tech:Art also boasts the first DM Liner by Kurz in Italy, a system which combines the foil’s transfer with digital printing, embellishing supports and a wide range of jobs, even with short runs. It also enables pay-per-print billing, automatic registration of used prints and quick stock management via PC.
