Lumson acquires Leoplast

Lumson consolidates its  leadership in prestige makeup after signing the agreement for the gradual integration of Leoplast into the Lumson group.

Significant investments are  planned to develop Leoplast’s production capacity and support its growth on the international market as an excellent primary packaging producer for lipsticks.
Through this operation, Lumson (who designs, manufactures and markets primary packaging systems for the cosmetics market) further expands its offer of make up solutions, offering standard and custom lipsticks, available in different materials and finishes, made using innovative decoration technologies.
The operation is part of Lumson’s strategy, which aims to offer its customers the benefits of a European production platform, characterized by quality and reliability, and able to respond with maximum flexibility to evermore stringent time-to-market needs.
