SPS Italia 2024: a success.
The 2024 edition of SPS Italy, a point of reference for the world of automation, machinery and innovation paths in an industrial context, which focused this year on the future involving Industry 5.0, sustainability, human-centred technology, artificial intelligence, IIot, robotics and Additive manufacturing, closed with an attendance total of 40,000 visitors.
Organised by Messe Frankfurt in Parma from 13 to 15 May, besides the many in-depth initiatives for experts and professionals, the 2024 edition was also characterised by important initiatives aimed at male and female STEM students, to which the Education area was dedicated, where youngsters interested in technologies were able to have direct contact with innovation, meeting companies and stakeholders.
The event offered the opportunity to present the second edition of the Position Paper with the title “Verso una Trasformazione Digitale Umano-Centrica” (Towards a Human-Centred Digital Transformation), drawn up by the Scientific Committee of the event with the aim of offering a series of specific insights into the technological evolution of Industry 4.0 and 5.0.
ItaliaImballaggio also took part in the three-day event dedicated to automation and machinery, taking the opportunity to meet the innovators present who spoke to the editorial team, contributing to the construction of a narrative through which to discover new developments and points of interest.
