Pusterla 1880: growing in the luxury segment

With the acquisition of 51% of the capital of the company Virojanglor by Pusterla 1880 a group has been created that is positioned among the leaders in secondary luxury packaging.

Pusterla1880_0.pngThe turnover of the new company,  made  entirely in the world of high-end products, in particular in the wines & spirits and perfumery & cosmetics sectors, will reach €100 million in 2018.

The project is based on the cross collaboration of leading technological production plants in their respective sectors, covering a complete range of packaging materials, namely cases and boxes covered in cardboard, complex  cardboard boxes  assembled manually, boxes in metal,  PU, wood and multi material, as well as all the components of thermoforming and injected plastic.

The complementarity of the industrial models and the convergence of medium-term strategic visions will allow the Group to benefit as quickly as possible from the commercial and operational synergies underlying the project, creating a European company able to offer customers complete and complex solutions, including the packaging of the finished product and the related logistic service.
