TUTTOFOOD: boom in foreign exhibitors

TUTTOFOOD 2026, scheduled from 11 to 14 May at Rho-Fiera Milano and organised by Fiere di Parma, confirms strong international momentum: 80% of exhibitors have already signed up and 30% come from abroad, with early confirmations from 34 countries. Spain leads the international presence with 27 exhibitors and four promotional bodies, including Xunta de Galicia and the Basque Government, attending for the first time.
Following the 95,000 professional visitors recorded in the 2025 edition, the event aims to surpass the 100,000 mark, supported by a Buyers Programme that will bring together over 3,000 top players from Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Asia and Oceania. The programme will also involve major Italian retail chains, supermarkets, cash & carry operators, discount stores and commercial catering professionals, reinforcing the fair’s role as a strategic hub for the entire distribution sector.

The 2026 edition will feature an expanded layout of 90,000 sqm (+15% compared to 2025), spread across 10 halls, with two levels dedicated to packaged food. The goal is to enhance the visitor experience and encourage interaction between markets, making it easier to explore the full range of offerings.
Alongside traditional categories (from dairy to frozen foods, seafood and proteins), the fair will highlight emerging segments: Beverage, with the fifth edition of Mixology Experience; fruit and vegetables with the renewed Tutto Fruit & Veg; and organic products with TuttoBio by Natexpo, created in collaboration with SPAS.
A dedicated focus on food service is also planned, including on-board catering, with the participation of key international decision-makers. Synergies with ICE-Agenzia and Koelnmesse, organiser of Anuga, have been strengthened to create an integrated exhibition platform linking Milan, Cologne and Parma.
Finally, testimonials from operators in Spain, Egypt, the United States and Galicia confirm the event’s value as a global showcase for innovation, quality and the development of agri-food markets.
