Equally important is a strong, highly specialized organizational model, where in each area everything is designed to achieve maximum value. Once the model is defined, it is the people who can make the real difference, at all levels.

Continuous innovation. The biggest challenge posed by Industry 4.0 is the standardization of an organizational process, consistent with the provision of a customized service. Or that is focus on differentiation, on the satisfaction of specific customer requests, leveraging innovation.
