Automatic machines for burrata

Good feedback for what Karr Italiana Srl presented at IPACK-IMA 2022 in collaboration with Marotta Evolution Group: PRIMA and PRIMA STAR, machines for the automatic production of burrata with or without head, which introduce important innovations for the sector.

These are fully automatic machines that make it possible to customize recipes and sizes according to the customer’s needs, respecting Made in Italy quality and tradition.

Thanks to a multiple filling system, productivity reaches 1,000/1,200 pieces/hour (making the presence of expert cheesemakers unnecessary).

PRIMA and PRIMA STAR are also equipped with C.I.P. washing.

The stracciatella dosing system developed by Karr Italiana (with which Marotta Evolution has built a partnership) can be pneumatic or electronic at the customer’s discretion).
