In recent months, the cosmetics business unit of Marchesini Group has recorded strong market demand, particularly for mixers and filling systems for liquid products such as serums and lotions, oils and emulsions.

With the aim of addressing the most demanding market requirements, Marchesini Group Beauty is showcasing at the trade fair a range of primary and secondary packaging solutions for liquids, including in particular a line for complete packaging of perfumes. These products require exceptional care and stringent quality controls, in a context that is still characterised by a significant number of manual operations.

To meet these needs, Marchesini Group Beauty is exhibiting a complete line comprising: Vibrotech robotised machines for the manipulation and automatic loading of empty jars and overcaps, an Axomatic filling and capping machine equipped with a blower/vacuum bottle cleaning workstation, a syringe-type liquid dosing unit with suction for precise filling level control, and Pick & Place technological infeed systems.
The offering is further complemented by V2 engineering solutions, including vertical cartoners for cartoning bottles, also with liner insertion, a range of automatic overwrappers suitable for processing a wide variety of products, with thermo-sealing film and edge weld sealing, and a Cartopallet that inserts finished products into cartons and palletises them, integrating traceability and aggregation systems.
