ILIP: tray range for ultra-fresh food packaging

The ILIP tray range for ultra-fresh food packaging is structured across three lines – HeatSealingMaster, StretchMaster and SliceMaster – designed to meet the diverse requirements of modern food packaging.

Available in a variety of formats, the trays are developed in accordance with the principles of Eco-Design and the Circular Economy, with particular attention to end-of-life and recyclability.

Manufactured in mono PET – including recycled PET – compostable Mater-Bi and PET/PE structures, the products are 100% recyclable and suitable for the packaging of meat, fish, dairy products, cured meats and fresh pasta, including filled varieties. The three lines cover heat-sealing, stretch-film and flow-pack applications, delivering versatility and high performance.
Extensive customisation options are available, from colours – including compostable versions – through to secondary packaging, offered either as single-use cardboard or as returnable plastic pallet boxes.

Protecting and enhancing the product
Among the key features is the Microcell absorbent base, capable of capturing exudates without the need for additional pads, complemented by traditional absorbent solutions, also available in compostable versions. The entire range is conceived to enhance product presentation on shelf, combining safety, sustainability and effective communication to the consumer.
