Labelink continues its folding carton strategy with the acquisition of Litho Québec

The transaction strengthens expertise, production capacity, and operational continuity in folding carton

Labelink has announced the acquisition of Litho Québec, a Canadian company recognized for its expertise in the folding carton segment and supported by a highly experienced team. The transaction represents a further step in the North American group’s growth strategy, following the acquisition of l’Empreinte just six months ago, and confirms a focused and consistent development path.

With the addition of Litho Québec, Labelink aims to strengthen its expertise in cartonboard packaging, expand its production capacity, and offer the market an increasingly integrated value proposition, able to meet the needs of brands and companies operating in a complex and fast‑evolving industrial environment.

The acquisition translates into a more resilient supply chain, a broader pool of expertise, and faster execution timelines. Integration also helps reduce operational uncertainty and increase production continuity, factors that are becoming increasingly critical in a market characterized by volatility and cost pressure.

Labelink emphasizes that its growth strategy differs from the consolidation approaches typically pursued by investment firms. A Canadian‑owned company active in printing and packaging, the group adopts a long‑term industrial vision rooted in a strong commitment to employees, customers, and partners. Acquisitions are not pursued “at any cost,” but are selectively chosen to help build a resilient manufacturing model capable of supporting customers’ growth over time.

Founded in 2004, Labelink is today a North American manufacturer of printing and packaging solutions. Its portfolio includes pressure‑sensitive labels in rolls or sheets, folding cartons and plastic boxes, promotional packaging, flexible packaging, shrink sleeves, RFID labels, and business forms, as well as services for publishing, direct mail, and marketing.

With 11 production facilities across Canada and the United States, Labelink is a trusted partner to hundreds of regional and national brands.
