Meat-Tech Innovation
September 30th is the date of the conference Meat-Tech, Processing & Packaging for the Meat Industry (Milan, Palazzo Greppi, Sala Napoleonica ) that Ipack-Ima SpA, in collaboration with Assica-Assofoodtec, dedicates to the meat chain to promote debate on the technologies that matter in the future of the sector.
The encounter, sponsored and hosted by the University of Milan, is aimed at technology providers, industry, manufacturing and commercial businesses, operators of the general markets, supermarket chains and HoReCa and is inspired by a fact: the success of the Italian meat and cold-cut industry depends on both being rooted in the Italian food tradition and the ability to innovate products and production and packaging processes.
