Gluing: as precise as a Swiss watc

Since its launch in 2021, Robatech’s Vision adhesive melter has become a point of reference for the application of adhesives, thanks to the innovative design that combines smart features and sustainability.

The first Vision was installed in 2021 by IMACH on the final packaging line for Caffè IZZO, but since then many leading companies have chosen it, such as, for example, BVM Brunner, which adopted it in 2023 on packaging machines with kraft paper intended for e-commerce.
Companies generally appreciate Robatech’s products for their modern and intuitive design, energy efficiency and the sustainability of the adhesive melter. The ease of maintenance is another plus, thanks, in particular, to the dedicated access door and the SmartTerminal with LED display, which enables personnel to monitor the gluing process and manage any interventions, such as the refilling of the adhesive, in an efficient way.

Tailored dimensions and models for every need. In the last three years, the range of Vision adhesive melters has grown, offering models with a melting capacity of 5 to 18 kg/h. Vision can have two types of tanks: the classic one, suitable for the large-scale consumption of adhesive in the form of blocks and granulate, and “tankless”, which guarantees efficiency with small quantities of granulate and an automatic refilling system.

Integrated management and process precision. The integrated pattern control AS40, in the Pro version, enables the advance management of up to 32 glue lines per channel, both in dots and beads, and memorises over 1,000 configurations for different formats, accessible manually or via PLC. To guarantee maximum gluing precision in packaging, moreover, the Vision adhesive melter integrates perfectly with the Performa electro-heated hose and the Volta electro-mechanical hotmelt head.

EasyLine for essential adhesive applications. Robatech’s new EasyLine offers a practical and compact solution for essential adhesive applications. Easy to install thanks to plug-and-play connections, the system includes the practical heated hose Rio and the jetting head Twist, which stands out for its compactness and versatility, with adjustable head holder and different application nozzles. EasyLine is ideal for the packaging of trays, foldable boxes, paper cups, ice-cream cones and American boxes, offering Robotech’s typical quality and reliability.
