“Certified process” drums for food products

In this area in particular, the progressive severity of international regulations go hand in hand with a growing sensitivity in the end consumer toward the inherent problems of production and transport. Schütz is up to the task and proposes the new Foodcert drums and IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Containers), which guarantee complete safety of material, product and process. Indeed, with the launch of this line of premium containers, all Schütz facilities worldwide are upgrading to comply with industrial regulation FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification), which supplements the requirements of ISO 22000 with some prerequisites of the PAS 223. The concern is thus also in compliance with the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), which concerns system certification.
