Controlling movable guards

PSENsgate is a solution developed by Pilz for controlling interlocking movable guards that guarantees protection of personnel and equipment to the highest safety category, PL “e”.

Particularly flexible, this system enables choosing between three different versions that can be integrated with optionals like buttons, turnswitches, lighted buttons, area shut off, emergency shut off, enable command, etc.

All functions and operational elements of the PSENsgate are integrated in a single turnkey system characterized by a robust design and mechanical reliability. The many advantageous include a reduction in assembly and wiring costs thanks to a turnkey system, and a maximum level of safety with a single switch per movable guard.
