Since 1982, COSMAR has been designing and manufacturing traditional aerosol & bag on valve filling machines. Our product range includes fully automatic lines as well as semi-automatic units. All Cosmar machines are CE marked and can be provided in ATEX execution.

After 40 years of experience, the company decided to invest in innovation to provide customers with advanced and reliable solutions to face their challenges and expectations for aerosols and bag-on-valves filling systems, with particular attention for pharmaceutical applications (pMDI). Ceramic metering cylinder and new UTC (Under The Cup) pressurized crimping head are examples of new projects.

Cosmar UTC pressurized crimping head features:

• easy adjustment of crimping dimensions keeping the head installed in the machine;
• 8 petals crimping jaw with special configuration and treatment allowing more than 3 million cycles;
• easy adjustment of pressure for pressurization of BOV.
