Flow packs and vertical packaging machines: new features

Tecno Pack brings to Interpack the experience built up in 30 years of R&D and presents (hall 5, lane J 22) the latest mechanical and electronic technologies implemented in flow packaging, pillow pack, carton and end-of-line machines.

High speed, controlled atmosphere, automation covering the entire packaging cycle feature in Tecno Pack’s solution and enable them to devise, construct and install complete state-of-the-art lines for packaging all types of products (in particular for the bakery segment).

In the spotlight. Based at Schio (VI) and operative at international level, Tecno Pack will be showing a line for a US customer at the fair. Entirely made in stainless steel, and with IP 65 washdown electrical system, the line automatically packs precooked “pastry” of various shapes, subsequently positioned by robots inside the cartons. At the stand too a second line for the automatic packaging in flowpack of baked products, coupled to an automatic secondary grouping system. Lastly, the new FV210 electronic multiaxial cantilevered packaging machine served by a 14 headed radial balance, associated with a second FV025 machine fitted with volumetric doser, provides visitors with a sample of the expertise built up in terms of vertical packaging.

On the FV210 Tecno Pak has installed an innovatory system enabling the production - in a single machine and with simple format changes - of block bottomed cushion packs, with four side seals and a double block bottom, up to the sophisticated DoyPack bags made through the rotation of the cut-n-sew unit.
