Food contact: 3 major events

The Istituto Italiano Imballaggio will be dedicating three update encounters to the delicate and focal matter of food contact packaging.

• 13th May, 2014, Florence. Day of discussion on the new guideline concerning the Community rules on plastics in contact with food. The document provides practical guidance on the proper interpretation and application of articles and annexes, which comprise regulation 10/2011.
• 25th to 26th June 2014, Desenzano sul Garda (BS). Third national scientific Food Contact Expert congress (program online on the Istituto website from May 15th) .
• 24th-26th September 2014, Baveno (Stresa, BV). The traditional summer event goes international, bringing experts from around the world to Lago Maggiore, who will update on technology, market and law.
