Gluing systems and lines

Intercoll offers a wide range of adhesive systems, that come under three major categories for hot-melt as well as cold application adhesives and complete automatic lines.

The hot-melting and metering devices for pressure sensitive or granule glues can be manual or automatic and are integrated with various curbing-, coating-, zero cavity and spray heads. The melter is supplied together with electro-heated tubes for the transport of the glue from the melting tank to the gun or the module heads. Intercoll completes the offer with the equipment for automatic loading of the glue granules and offers a wide range of spare parts, which are compatible with all brands. Their last representational assignment is the Invisipac^TM by the company Graco, which won a Visionary Award 2013 and features a tankless structure with autoloader: it reduces the time needed to reach the high temperatures and ensures excellent performance even with entry level adhesives.

Intercoll also offers adhesive systems for cold adhesives, PUR, polyamides, and related accessories. Their catalogue also includes: MC level controls, screw extruders, PUR N2002, syringe distribution systems and pressure vessels, silicon extrusion systems with push plates, coater rollers for hot melt and cold application glues, unwinder spreader. Lastly, the Bergamo based company provides complete automatic lines for the most varied applications, from packaging to furniture, going by way of the automotive industry, cosmetics and much more. Intercoll (Trescore Balneario, BG), which has its own workshop and laboratory, markets the products of some fifteen suppliers carefully chosen for quality and cost-effectiveness.
