Hot dispensers and melting tanks

Since 1974 Tecnicoll Srl proposes dosers and melting tanks for packaging cosmetic products and waxes in general, such as lipsticks, cocoa butter, deodorants and depilatory waxes.

The dosers consist of an aluminium or stainless steel body that incorporates the pump housings, sensors, resistances and product passages. They can have from 1 to 12 dosage nozzles working simultaneously: easily disassembled for cleaning, product change or maintenance, each nozzle delivers variable quantities between 5 and 90 g/sec depending on the type of pump. To avoid the solidification of the product, they are heated with electric resistances and a patented system with gear pump and sensors that, in addition to ensuring a constant dosage to vary the level of the product in the melting tank, guarantees its homogeneity. The accuracy and repeatability of the dose is also guaranteed by electronic systems programmable from the touch screen.
They can be connected to the melting tanks by means of flexible or rigid heated pipes, easily removable for cleaning. In this regard we reiterate that the AISI 316 melting tanks, mirror polished in the parts in contact with the product, have capacities from 7.5 to 1000 litres. The output of the product can be either lateral or on the bottom, to allow complete emptying.

The product is kept in motion by an agitator, whose speed is regulated by an inverter controlled motor. The stirring blades can be with crossed arms or with scrapers, which can be customized according to the characteristics of the product or made to design. The cover is normally supporting or watertight with condenser. The electrical panel is in CE standard AISI 304L, in ATEX version on request, with touch screen panel to adjust and control the operating parameters.
