How to maintain a healthy and strong product

The Enercon induction sealers extend the shelf life of the products, preserving their qualities, and consolidate the reputation of the brands, which focus on safety security and anti-counterfeiting.

Induction cap sealing - or heat sealing - is a very simple and straightforward process that creates an hermetic seal to the neck of the container and, in this way, it preserves all the qualities of a product. The container is filled and the cap (fitted with a foil liner) is applied. The container then passes under the induction cap sealer where a controlled electromagnetic field transfers energy to the foil in the cap and this melts the sealing material on the foil liner.

As this sealant cools, the liner adheres to the neck of the container creating an hermetic seal.

Induction cap sealing preserves the aroma, colour and flavour of foodstuffs and increases the shelf-life of products.

It reduces wastage as leakers are eliminated and qualifies your product for delivery by the big internet stores.

It also protects your brand from counterfeiting opportunities and the air-tight seal is evidence that the product has not been tampered with during transport or on the supermarket shelf.
