Eurovetrocap has developed Air Luxe, the innovative airless container designed for high range products. Made entirely of plastic, a core of PP coated in Surlyn gives elegance, lightness, resistance to scratching and breakage in a product that resembles, in terms of appearance and functionality, a glass vial.

With a capacity of 30 ml, Air Luxe is perfect  for holding beauty products:  the dispensing is fluid, the diaphragm functioning is guaranteed even with thick and viscous products and the return rate is  more than 95%, with minimal waste of product.
It is filled from the top like a normal bottle and, like all airless containers, protects the product from alterations, while enabling a reduced  amount of preservatives and antioxidants in the formulation.

Air Luxe offers countless customisation possibilities, for example, coloring the interior of the bottle via master, without having to resort to more expensive coloring techniques such as lacquering. Also of certain interest the innovative opportunity to decorate both the interior and exterior of the container, providing a pleasant 3D effect.
