Liquids take shape

In 2015 Valmatic celebrates its 35 years of activity. Initially set up as a builder of heatforming machines for producing containers for suppositories and vaginal ovules, during time the company has focussed on the concept of monodose, developing FFS machines for the production of one-time-use thermoformed containers.

It has also created a controlled atmosphere section dedicated to  the contract packaging  of various product types (liquids, creams, gels, granulates) in monodose, for the broadest variety of sectors, from food to cosmetics, from nutraceuticals to pharmaceuticals, veterinary and chemical products.

Valmatic uses its machines in the production sections and has developed leading-edge processes: their FFM machines ensure interesting and original solutions, thanks to the broad range of moulds and formats the company can offer its users. To be noted that of the San Prospero s/S (MO) based company’s product activity it not only aimed at sampling, given that an ever great number of customers are choosing the single dose, contained in a special secondary packaging, as a sales pack.

Valmatic will be present in numerous scheduled sector fairs: Beauty Eurasia (Istanbul, Turchia) Fce Cosmetique (San Paolo, Brasile), Expo Pack Mexico City (Messico), Japan Pack (Tokio, Japan).
