The Sortech Multi-output system offers a reliable and proven solution for handling sorting and classification needs in packaging, storage and distribution lines. Developed by Marpatech – a brand of the LM Group –, this system allows for multiple inputs and outputs, which can be freely configured on one or both sides, as well as at the front and rear of the unit.

Sortech was recently successfully integrated into the production line of a renowned Italian dairy company, in which it receives boxes from a single high-speed conveyor carrying mixed products, and then transports them to 5 single-product rows for subsequent palletizing. Thanks to its high versatility and speed, Sortech enabled the relocation of palletizing process to a less hygiene-critical area, using a single conveyor belt – optimizing both space and cost. In addition to managing outbound flow, the Sortech Multi-output system can also regulate inbound product traffic to the main conveyor, with the ability to automatically reject items that fail quality checks.
