Pharmaworkflow: secure checks on printed matter

The EyeC Proofiler offline inspection system from EyeC GmbH guarantees a more efficient workflow for the pharmaceutical industry.

In fact, the new version 3.4 of the control software takes into account the most recent requirements in terms of integrity, data security and audit trails in the inspection of pharmaceutical packaging. In this way, user companies can perform a quick and automated check on their printed products, or retrieve the data, which are then completely saved for a subsequent pharma-audit.
Each scan within the inspection process is documented and all data (including scanned images) are automatically saved before being displayed, so as to exclude manipulations. In addition, the software has a binding comment function for multiple scans and parameter set alterations.
With Double-Check-Workflow, EyeC Proofiler ensures that, based on the double check principle, the evaluation of the first operator is validated by a second, who can display the inspection already carried out and make any changes.
