A network of companies becomes a unique interlocutor

At CibusTec 2023, Prl Tecnosoft presented itself as part of the network set up with Nimax and Nemesis: an important development from an institutional point of view, not unrelated to the technological advances proposed in the trade fair with regards to coding, control, labelling and handling.

The partnership between PRL Tecnosoft, Nimax and Nemesis was established to respond to an increasing need in the industrial world that aims at reducing the number of suppliers, assigning their production lines to integrated networks able to offer more solutions. In this way, end users can count on a unique point of reference for a number of points on the line, with the certainty of reducing machine stoppages thanks to the intervention of a limited number of interlocutors for the supply, maintenance and repair of technologies in the entire line.

It should be noted, in this regard, that, thanks to Line Strategy - Nimax’s Industry 4.0 strategy for the interconnection of production lines with management systems and/or MES - the systems of all three companies in the network are interconnected and can function under a single direction, also extended to third parties.

Focus on know-how
One of the leading operators for around 30 years in the market of transport and handling systems for primary and secondary packaging, PRL Tecnosoft has, therefore, brought to the show a number of handling examples, both integrated with Nemesis and Nimax products and with collaborative robotics, one of its most recent new developments.

The offer testifies to the completeness of a range that is not limited to machine input and output conveyor belts, but includes unifiers, dispatchers, sorters and deviators, and storage systems with attached replenishment. The close collaboration between technicians and customer, in fact, allows PRL to develop customised designs, with the application of technological solutions chosen on the basis of the frequency and type of package to be processed.
After all, the ability to focus on the needs of the end user is one of PRL’s recognised characteristics: this approach is testified by the integration of the offer with machine inspection and control, labelling and marking solutions implemented by its qualified partners. Mission accomplished, therefore, for a company that presents itself as a point of reference in the complex phase of the choice and installation of a packaging plant, which necessarily requires the integration of handling and transport systems.
