Scientific studies on aluminium

Carcano Antonio SpA and Laminazione Sottile SpA have carried out a study to determine the amount of aluminum present in some foods, as well as units of aluminum migration from  the packaging to the actual food contained.

Findings were very reassuring as to the use of light metal in food storage, with one major recommendation: people on dialysis or with renal impairment should not be excessively exposed to this type of packaging. Forthcoming in ItaliaImballaggio.
