Secondary packaging: from Italy to Europe

An established presence in Italy, Live-Tech (Alba, CN) now looks to the European market, relying on its traditional strength: offering packaging systems for secondary packaging solutions especially suited for boxing pouches, designed for the confectionery, dairy and pet food areas.

The concern focuses on efficiency, with a completely independent supply chain. In fact, it develops and manufactures the industrial solutions offered, box closure and opening and product boxing systems (both top and side loader) that meet the favor of the market thanks to their compact size, ease of use and robustness. The experience accumulated over the years by professionals specialized in handling lines and field systems also means that the concern’s electrical components, electronics and software are designed and developed entirely in-house. From competency comes innovation, and innovation means, finally, saving: Live-Tech reflects this belief in its systems, which enable energy consumption reductions exceeding 10%.

A full range. The robotized island model LTL-3F is composed of a supporting frame housing individual stations and units, with connectors that anchor the pick & place robot. For top-loading operations, the concern offers its two-axis overhang model robot Live Tech LRS-2, equipped with lightweight and sturdy aluminium alloy frame and equipped with automatic collision avoidance system and gripper encoding for automatic assembly control.
The range also includes the model LCE automatic box opening machine, a true innovation in the sector: indeed, thanks to its active opening functionality, the machine is able to open any type of pre-glued box, both American and half American. Three models are available, which provide a maximum output of 12, 18 and 25 pieces/min, respectively.
The CSF model closing machines, on the other hand, achieve constant and squared box closing, with a maximum speed of 40 pcs/min. LCE and LCS are available both stand-alone and integrated into compact systems.
