Among these, Edigit Packaging 64 presents the following functions: automatic generation of estimates in minutes through connection to the product datasheet or diecut archive. Enables multi-product, multi-quantity and multi-customer management, with personalized machine setups, linking machine setup to the diecuts for production archive and much more; Kit management; product datasheets integrated with the estimate and orders, diecut archive integrated with the estimate and order; JDF and XML integration with all preprinting workflows; process order programming; automatic detection of production data, at all cost centers; final analysis of projected vs. effective cost; sales automation through CRM, including via web app for tablet or phone; integrated accounting system; business intelligence and management control.

With Edigit Packaging 64, the offer to the customer is executed automatically, starting with the estimate; it’s possible to personalize the text of the letter and translate offers and order confirmations with automatic currency conversion. A special program makes it possible for both offers and order confirmations to be sent via fax or email.

The orders program is linked to all others in order to make it possible to access any and all information and enables producing a list of tasks to be carried out, ordered by date, machine or cost center; the tasks to be completed on each machine, daily, weekly, monthly, etc.; the tasks to be performed by customer, etc. The system also enables printing or exporting various statistics on monthly, weekly, annual, etc. turnover; obtaining documentation for the resources needed in order to carry out the order; automatically generating orders for any external processes; displaying in real time the progress of works and checking for discrepancies between projected and effective timeframes...

Edigit software also supplies and processes data necessary for production control, with basic statistics and statistics processed by entry and period of time (yearly or monthly, by department or cost center...); executes balance sheets and performs automatic billing and invoicing; manages orders to suppliers, warehousing, locations and much more.
