Over the course of a year, our growth has continued with the introduction of more than 25 additional solutions for packaging applications including sift-proof closures, pallet stabilization, food and beverage labelling, case and carton sealing, and product attaching. It is our objective to help customers meet and exceed their goals in a range of areas including safety, environment and quality production. Aided by large research and development efforts in each of our manufacturing facilities, Valco Melton designs products that adhere to strict environmental and quality guidelines to keep customers above their own compliance requirements.
A good example of this company philosophy is the latest addition to Valco Melton’s packaging range– the Evolution C series with multifunctional control. This new series of hot melt tanks has reset safety and performance standards and can be considered the first “operator-free” hot melt adhesive dispensing system. All EC series units feature an intelligent microprocessor control with industrial communication capability (CAN Bus, Modbus) for full integration into your parent machine. This feature allows your operator to monitor the adhesive system and modify parameters without touching the hot melt unit. A fully integrated Auto-Feed System can be integrated for automatic monitoring and filling of the proper adhesive level in the melt tank. These features allow operators to alternatively focus on other important production processes and quickly out to the delivery truck.

Valco Melton has also developed a new range of hot melt guns, specific for multiple packaging applications. The MS Series offers precise and flexible control, ensuring optimal uniformity and quality. The ME series with AO/AC module technology is perfect for packaging and carton high-speed applications. Additionally, Valco Melton offers the LP (Low-Profile) Series for installations in tight spaces; an ideal gun solution for any box sealing process such as case sealing and case erecting. We support the industry with one of the largest selections of compatible replacement parts and accessories including filters, pumps, modules, hoses, guns, nozzles, heater cartridge, pattern controls and temperature control modules.
